Support & DevOps in Dubai

The work that decides whether a good build stays good.

Software decays. Dependencies age, certificates expire, a queue backs up, and the form stops delivering six weeks before anybody notices.

What the work involves

Deployment pipeline

Push to staging, approve to production, roll back in minutes. No files dragged into an FTP client at midnight.

Monitoring that matters

Uptime, error rates, queue depth and form delivery. The last one is the failure that silently costs the most.

Backups that get restored

Off-site, automated, and periodically restored into staging to prove they work. Otherwise it is a hope with a schedule.

Dependency and security updates

Applied on staging first, on a rhythm, so an update never takes the live system down and never sits unpatched for a year.

An hours allowance

A monthly block for small changes, so a price update or a new field does not require a quote and a week.

A named engineer

Someone who knows your system answering your email, not a queue that asks for your domain every time.

Questions we get asked

Do you support systems you did not build?

Usually. We audit first and tell you honestly whether it is maintainable, or whether maintenance is money spent on a rebuild that is coming anyway.

What is the response time?

Same business day for anything affecting production, immediate for an outage, written into the agreement rather than implied.

Is there a lock-in?

Month to month. If we are not worth the fee you should be able to stop without a negotiation.

Can you take over from our current provider?

Yes. The handover checklist covers repository, hosting, DNS, certificates, third-party accounts and documentation.

Tell us what it has to do

Send the requirement, however roughly it is written. You get back the questions we would need answered, the integrations we would test first, and a realistic range.
